Booking:
When you confirmed your booking & your contract is with M/s North India Tour Guide. A contract exists only between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and first we have received the deposit amount from your end.
Payment:
For contracted services, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable by you to M/s North India Tour Guide. The deposit is needed to keep the reservation on a confirmed basis.
Balance Payment:
The Balance payment is to be made in 15 days prior to the date of before start of services. A booking made within 15 working days of the service date is considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment must be required for made at the time of booking.
Note:
In addition to the above, full payment is required at the time of booking. When booking special train journeys, hotel or resort rooms during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
Mode of Payment:
Clients can make payment using any of the below methods:-
By Cheque / Demand Draft
By Bank Transfer
By QR Code
Note:
All payments are free and clear of any holding tax and deduction.
Bank charges, if any, for remittance would be strictly borne by payer.
In case of payment mode though QR code - if same is done using by credit/ debit card then the applicable bank charges are to be borne by payer.
Special Note:
Kindly note that North India Tour Guide company or any employee and agent will not ask from you for your Net Banking login, OTP or Password etc. and not they ask you to transfer any amount to a personal/saving account or to install third party apps like Any Desk, Team Viewer etc.

- The above package can be customized as per the customer’sRequirement and budget. Incase of any unprecedented hike inairfare, hotel charges or other servicecharges, the same will belevied extra.
- Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policy. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation at the time of reservation.
- Meals Timing as followed as per the given time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation offlight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- for Himachal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities Of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to Developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorizationi.e.;1*,2*,3*,4*,5*andsoon.
- You can check all the hotels quoted by our executive if you want to change any of hotels or you want to grade service difference will be leaved,carefully check our confirmation voucher if you want any change then update us within 7days from the receiving confirmation voucher.
- Changes is not possible atlast moment or a the time ofcheck inits depend on availability with additional charges.
- We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing Of any monument during that particular day as to ensure Smooth execution of tours.
- Extra cost will be applicable for any unforeseen event. Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government Taxes or entrance fees.
- If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pickup if not paid then service will stop.
- If you paid the amount by debit & credit card 2.50% will be extra from the package cost.
- No discount will be provided after confirmation or during the tour
Prepone and Postpone:-
- If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, Were quest you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail.
- We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/prepone, charges depend on hotel. However after the first time additional charges will belevied.
- Services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/transport and season/offseason time.
- We do not accept any change in plan within 07 days of travel
- Advance you will use within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
Terms and Condition:-
- Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals onlyUntil and unless specified along with quotation.
- The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation,The booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get theconfirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then full and final payment Should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the Travel documents are delivered to the guest. for the packages which arebooked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2days before the departure of the group.
- Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and Unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available inselected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.
- Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered ascancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicablefare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
- Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability Of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall Be applicable in such case.
- In a tour package ,no refund shall be made forunutilized services.It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
- Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not avalid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
- The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of night booked by the guest The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
- For early check in and late check outs payments are to be Settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
- The Company will not be responsible in any way for Flight Miss ,Any loss, injury or damage to person or property inconnection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents , Snow fall etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather & road condition.
- In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
On accepting this quotation, you accept that you have read thecompletepackage information and agree with booking terms &conditions,payment policy and cancellation policy. Mandatory Identification Document:
It is Mandatory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to provide Photo ID at the time of booking for confirmation. Give Documents as per details given below are applicable for different categories :
For foreign nationals – 01 copy of Passport + Visa is mandatory.
For Non Resident Indians clients (NRI client) – 01 copy of passport.
For Overseas Indian clients holding OCI / PIO card –01 copy of passport and 01copy of OCI/PIO card is mandatory.
For domestic clients –01 copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / passport is mandatory.
Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are only available on request and subject to availability / Payment.
Special Note for Helicopter Journeys :-
Helicopter Tickets & Fare are subject to availability & can be change by at any moment.
While North India Tour Guide (NITG) take a most care to make you fly by Helicopter safe but due to sudden weather conditions / VIP Movement / unavoidable situations at the last moment - It sometimes becomes unavailable. IHPL will make every possible attempt to arrange for alternate Helicopter journey on same day or on alternate dates depending upon the availability of Helicopter at that time.
MAJOR POINTS:
No ticket would be np longer carried forward to next day.
No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated due to cancellation of Helicopter.
Our liabilities & limitations:
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.
Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Keep in mind that the cost of extra usage of vehicles (cars / coaches with the driver) are not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicles after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed.
Jurisdiction Clause :
All the disputes arising out of this agreement or any other subsequent agreement would be subject to Delhi Courts only.
Special Note:
Terms & Conditions for Andaman & Nicobar island, Lakshadweep island will be separate and same will be advised on case to case basis.
